Manitoba & Ontario are Fraternal Sister States.  It should be self evident by the matching pattern and colours of their banners.  This is the footprint of PROVIDENCE that these two special provinces of Canada share an extra special relationship within the Dominion of Canada, since 1867.  They represent the original core of the Canadian Spirit.

 Crossed crosses at that meet at four sacred points on a field of red, Manitoba & Ontario, are partners in crime and destiny.
