William Penn would be astonished, if he knew what his Quaker Colony would become.  The FRIST Continental Congress met here from September 5, 1774 to October 26, 1774 just after the completion of this building in 1774.  A perfect Providential Liberty Bell 50 years after the formation of Master Builders in 1724, little would these Master Builders know that it would be come on the first places to harbor the incipient US Government Version 1.0 Beta.
