The Continental Brig Lexington has a stripes of red, white, and blue. It was captured by the British on September 19, 1777. It's flag was recorded, and bears a striking resemblance to the Hawaiian flag.

The flag for the original USS Lexington of 1776, but was previously known as the Wild Duck in St. Eustatius.
