Tunisia and Anjouan were previously pulled into the orbits of France and colonies along the outer rim of Africa. Tunisia along her north coast and Anjouan along her east coast. Islam has made it home in both nations, separated by an ocean a land and desert of the sea.

Canada, Australia, and New Zealand get all the attention of being cousins the USA, but there is a so close cousin that often gets ignored, Belize, the English Speaking nation of Central America. Likewise Haiti is Quebec of the Caribbean.

The Red Army was once upon a time a most valued ally in our time of crisis, upon the longest midnight hour of humanity.
