1682 - October 24: Penn's Birthday:  Born at Sea Evan & Jean Oliver gave birth to Seaborn Oliver, as ship came into bay Richard & Anne Townsend have son born at sea/bay named Richard Townsend.  Travel time is average to time period, 2 month journey at sea of 23 ship convoy.   

1682 - Dec 4: Penn summons 1st Pennsylvanian council at Chester (Upland) 

1718 - July 20, William Penn dies in England
