The South American California Heritage Flag
This Flag is for Californians with a South American Pedigree. From Columbia to Argentina. The Colours stem from several South American Nations. The bear featured is the only native bear to South America the Spectacled Bear.
Its body is facing the opposite direction of the 'normal' California Bear. Likewise the star is upside down, not in dishonor but as a reminder that some Californians come from 'next door down under.' Also since it is a tropical bear species, they don't hibernate.
