The USA turns 1 year old, Pluto time. It takes Pluto 248 years to revolve around the Sun, thus Pluto is in the same position in the sky as it was back in 1776. Since 1776 + 248 = 2024! Likewise it was an American, Clyde Tombaugh, who discovered Pluto back in 1930! Clyde was born in 1906 in Streator, Illinois, which is in the All American Belt (that latitude and declination that is not at Mexican nor Canadian Latitudes).
I suppose the USA just got a Pluto Power Up in the League of Hades?
