Judaism in Vietnam is small yet present.

Due to French and American Wars in Vietnam, a micro-community of Vietnamese-Jewish people were created.  Some people call them Jew-Boos, Jewish-Buddhist mixes.  Here is another version of the Jewish-Vietnam heritage flag.

Jewish Nunavut Heritage Flag

As the Alaskan flag has single north star in the upper right hand corner, so too does Alaska of Canada have a single north star in the upper right hand corner.  So that makes Alaska the Nunavut of the USA?

The history of Jewish Nunavut is yet to be written.  No doubt several Jewish scientists have worked and visited this area.

The Jewish Alaska Heritage flag has the same pattern as the official Alaska flag but Stars of Solomon replace the five pointed stars.

The Jewish Tennessee flag has the Stars of Solomon replacing the five pointed stars of the official Tennessee flag.

Nevada Community Heritage Flag

The Nevada Jewish Community flag has the Star of Solomon replacing the five pointed star of Nevada.  Also the name of Nevada is written in Hebrew.

New Mexico Jewish Community Flag

The Jewish Arizona heritage flag has a Star of Solomon in the central region of the circle.

Since there is a Jewish Heritage flag it is only fair that we have a California Islamic Heritage Flag.

Bullwinkle Maine Flag, including Rocky, Boris, and Natasha

Maine is one of the few states to have unique animals on it.  A few flags have the bald eagle, which makes sense as the national bird.  But only Northern states have eagles on the flags.  Maine has a moose on the flag, sitting in the grass.  But for this fun Maine flag, it has been themed with the Rocky and Bullwinkle characters.  Boris is the farmer with scythe.  Natasha is a sailor.  You can see Rocky the squirrel flying the background.  And at the center of it all is Bullwinkle the goofy and lovable American moose.

Although these Rocky and Bullwinkle are from Minnesota, there are parts of Minnesota that resemble Maine, with all the trees and all.  Also Maine and Minnesota are border states with Canada.  Usually in the US when one thinks of border states, the dichotomy from the Southern Rebel and Northern Yankee is what books mean.  But there is a bigger border of states the see-saw with Canada.

 The animation of Rocky & Bullwinkle & Friends tapped a sweet spot in America.  It was revived in the 1990s with Ren & Stimpy Show and later you could see this style with Powerpuff Girls.

Google's Green Security Tower Flag

Flag's convey all sorts of information.  Not so long ago the green flag used to indicated national affiliation to Libya.  But in most cases it is the "All Okay" signal.  It is the green light to go ahead and keep on trucking.

If you ever left the country and tried to sign into your Google account and didn't have your phone.  Then you can get trapped out of your own internet castle.  Even if you have alternative emails to link up, it does not always work.  So take caution and make sure your phone works overseas, you might have to pay an extra dime and dollar otherwise.

You can see the okay green flag in the image above.  No doubt this flag and image may change. Usually every five years corporations get a makeover.

Afro-Caribbean Heritage Flag, Afro-Carib American

One of the largest ethnic groups in the United States are people of Afro-Caribbean Heritage.  They are a double transplants who had a middle on another culture.  Originally from Africa, these people were transported to the Caribbean.  Some stayed for days, while others stayed for years, or their entire lifetime.  As a consequence this part of the Americas has a strong African phenotype.  Yet their was some mixed with all the other peoples who lived in that area, be it white or native peoples.  Like the Scots-Irish the Afro-Carib are an important and dominant people group in the United States and Canada.

This flag honors people is America who no longer live in the Caribbean but have ancestors in Africa.  The flag is saltire of black, red takes up the hoist area, green takes of the fly area, and yellow takes up the top and bottom area.  You can see the echo of African colours and style of Jamaica with this flag.
 
Perhaps the most renowned people group like this in the United States are the Scots-Irish.  Are the Scottish?  Or are they Irish?  Why the double name?  It makes them a Scots-Irish American.  Likewise there are Scots-Irish Canadians, Scots-Irish Aussie, and even Scots-Irish South African.  Thus this flag echos the flag of Scotland.  No doubt a few people who are Afro-Carib American have a wee bit of Scottish blood.  A even further down there are certain people who are Afro-Carib-n-Scots-Irish American!

Bonus question.  So what do you call a Irishman who moves to Scotland then whose generations move to America?  Irish-Scots?   So, no matter... all these peoples are often beautiful, tall, strong, and smart.  You should be grateful to have such peoples in your nation or tribe.

Flag Proposal For Upper Peninsula, aka Marquettsylvania

The Upper Peninsula has sometimes thought about breaking away from her southern mainland of Michigan.  There have been all sorts of proposed flags.  Here is one more design.  That honors Quebec, Canada, the US, and Marquette.

The flag is a tribar of blue, white and blue withe red fluer-di-lis in the middle.  The two blue sections represent Lake Superior and Lake Michigan.  The red, white, and blue theme is from the US flag.  The fluer-di-lis connected this land to the first settler of Michigan, Frenchman Marquette.

The style of the flag hints of Canada to honor the Upper Peninsula's connection to Canada as well.  The people who live there like to called Yoopers, making the people in Michigan the Lowpers.

The × Times Flag

Funny thing is that there is not a times key.  Sure, there is an big X and little x, but the times symbol is slightly different.  Here they are all together: Xx×.  See the difference?  You have to code in 0215 with the ALT key for the × to appear. 

So member that 5×43=215

South Dakota Dakota Fanning Flag

Dakota Fanning was one of the stars in the Eclipse -2007.  She plays as an evil Jane, a member of the Volturi which are the Vampire Police.  By neat coincidence the flag of South Dakota has the seal of the state eclipsing the sun.  Therefore, Dakota Fanning makes a nice fit for the South Dakota Dakota Fanning Flag.

The hazy outside represents the Sun's glowing corona, which you can only see during an eclipse. 

Note that Dakota Fanning is not from South Dakota. She was born in Georgia.

North Dakota Dakota Johnson Flag

It's another celebrity flag!

Starring Dakota Johnson on the state flag of North Dakota.  She has appeared in several movies like 21 Jump Street 2012.  Her most momentous recent claim to fame is in the movie Fifty Shades of Grey as Anastasia Steele 2015-2018.  The Dakota Johnson North Dakota flag is missing the ribbon and eagle body.  But the wings are conserved, making Dakota look like an angel.  She is holding the shield with arrows and olives in her left hand and waving with her right. 

She is a Royal Ultra Violet Hollywood Starlet.  Ultra Violet Royal Starlets are lucky since both parents are already majorly established as stars, in the seat of pop culture.  In Dakota's case her father was Don Johnson and her mother was Melanie Griffith.  If one parent already made it in Hollywood, or has established fame in the modeling, or music the industry, then they are a Royal Blue Star.   Stars that have famous familial connections are Sky Blue Starlets.  For example Melissa McCarthy is a Sky Blue Starlet since she is cousins to Jenny McCarthy.  Stars that break into Hollywood on their own, without having famous parents, are known as Golden Starlets.  Case in point, Jamie Dornan who played as the billionaire playboy Christian Grey opposite of Dakota Johnson is a Gold Star actor.  Also, Dakota Fanning is a Gold Star, since neither of her parents were famous. And stars born with a silver spoon are Silver Stars, perhaps the best known is Paris Hilton.  Since her parents were extremely wealthy, she is an Ultra Silver Star.  The title Ultra indicates a larger magnitude.  Red Light stars are from the other side of Hollywood who enchant viewers with the power of Eros.  Usually, Red Light stars can not cross over into the mainstream pop culture, but a handful have.  

Basically, Gold Stars worked incredibly hard to the top of community consciousness, albeit harder than the other colours.  Most people who make it on American Idol type shows are Gold Stars.  Blue and Violet stars have a certain level of Hollywood Privilege.  Nonetheless, Blue & Violet Starlets have to work hard and don't necessarily have it all that easy.  Although they have an advantage, they have to bust their chops and butts to make it to top level celebrity.  Becoming a star is just not given, it has to be taken!

Note that Dakota Johnson is not from either of the Dakotas; she is from Texas.

Unprocessed Organic Vexilloids in Vietnam—"Eatable Flags! "

In Southern Vietnam where the Mekong meets the Pacific Ocean, a unique open water market has a set of el natural vexilloids.  Many land based places use flags to advertise, but in this river market a different kind of flag is used, the food flag—a flag you can eat.  The indicator vexilloid can be anything that is bought or sold, and they are attached to bamboo poles.

The best way to signal to others what type of product you are selling is to attach it high in the sky, so as to act like a beacon for others to see.  Maybe this is how the first types of vexilloids came into existence, to enhance business?  All endeavors need to float a business in order to work.  Business is the nuts and blots foundation of a society that come first.  Only after the establishment of a working economy...then you can have religion, government, a state, football, fancy architecture, video games, music festivals, and amusement parks.

These are all in one vexilloids that convey information, like any good flag.  And it conveys it in a universal language, that anyone with a brain and working eyes can understand, no matter whichever nation they call home—a pumpkin is a pumpkin. 

Here is one vexilloid that has several items on a pole.  This indicates that several different types of delectable treats can be bought.

Most vexillologists would categorize this flag as ugly, since simplicity is preferred.  But in order to convey more information this 'ugly' vexilloid does a good job.

See if you can spot the watermelon vexilloid.  If you didn't know, this boat has watermelons.  Like any good Korean flag, which usually indicates that a person of Korean heritage is about, this watermelon flag indicates the presence of watermelons.  However, you can not buy or eat a Korean person, but you can eat or buy a watermelon.

Extras, crabs on stick with string vexilloid with some type of leafy green and melon.  Looks delish!

The Thron, Þ Flag

The Thorn Flag is white, orange, and black.  There are three capital Þs since there are four digits in the ASCII code for this letter.   The code is 0-2-2-2.  This is fitting because Thorn reminds us so much of Thor, which gives us an impression of a lighting bolt.

Lower case Thorn has four different digits with its ASCII code which is 0-2-5-4.  The numbers are coded the colours according to the order of the rainbow.  Orange is 2 because it is the 2nd colour, cyan is the 5th colour, green is the 4th colour and white represents zero.

Oddly the lower case Thorn looks like it should be the upper case Thron?  It was as if the letter P and b had a baby.

The Ç Flag

The letter C can sometimes have a tial, which makes it into something new.  This letter is called the Cedilla.  Depending on the culture, the Ç can have a ts, sh, or s sound.  The flag is a tri-bar of red, orange, and black with a black Ç in the center.  The colours are based upon the ASCII colour metrics. 1-2-5 is coded to red, orange, and black.

But lower case ç uses different colours since it is coded to 1-3-5, which represents red, yellow, and cyan.

The Ð Flag & ð, Don't Forget to Cross Your Dees and Tees

The letter Eth (Th as in Then) looks like a mashed up E&D.  It is a vibrating th sound as is those, but not thin.  Did you notice that there are 2 th sounds in English, like f and v.  Yes, f and v are very similar the only difference is that V has bizzzzz bee vibration.  Also S and Z do the same thing.

The flag for capital Ð is a quad-bar of white, orange, white, and black.  The colours are based upon the numbered colour metric as referenced by ASCII.  Thus these colours represent the numbers 0-2-0-8.

The lower case ð has difference number sequence 0-2-4-0.  Consequently its flag has difference order.

The Flags for Ñ and ñ

Anyone who has studied Spanish will recognize this letter: Ñ, pronounced 'en-yay.'  This is the flag for the Capital Ñ letter.  It is a tri-bar of red, blue, and indigo.  In the middle in the capital Ñ letter in white.

On American keyboards there is an N and a ~ but no Ñ.  It is tempting to hold down shift or ALT to maybe get an Ñ.  Nope, the key is to hold down the ALT key then the numbers 1-6-5 and an Ñ will appear.  Red is coded to 1 since it is the first colour of the rainbow, indigo/blue is coded to 6 and sky blue/cyan is coded to 5.  This order of number to colours is based upon the order of the rainbow. Thus this flag is coded to the colour metric in ASCII for capital Ñ.

But lower case ñ has a different code.  It is 1-6-4 thus green appears on the fly.

The Œ and œ Flags

Another fusion letter (ligature) is the O-E combo.  It is one of those ancient letters that appears every so often, leading English speaking minds astray.  It like a transgendered letter that dose not know if it is an O or an E. Likewise it dose not have solid name like the transgendered Æ, which is called "Ash."  Perhaps it best to use old translated form from Runic, for the letter Odal (ᛟ). The Œ can made many sounds: short e, long E, and oi.  So the best name would Oedal.  So okay, it funky letter Œ finally have a name: Oedal.  That's three syllables: Oh-e-dal (the e is like in 'set')

The flag is a quad-bar of white, red, green, and white.  These colours are based upon the metric used to code the letter in ASCII for the capital Oedal.  Each colour is coded to a number, in this case 0-1-4-0.  Reason being, the order is based upon the sequence of the rainbow.  Remember red is the 1st colour, thus it is red, and white is 0.  Green is of course, count it yourself!  But lower case Oedal has a different code, thus a different flag.  The numbered ASCII code is 0-1-5-6 for small Oedal, œ.


Since there was Captain EO, we need to balance it with a Captain OE.  The perfect person for that title is Rachel Dolezal.  As Mikey J turned black to white, Rachel D turned from white to black.  Thus Rachel Doezal is Captain OE.

The Ash Flag: Æ and æ Flags

 The United "A/E" letter, also called Ash, finally has a flag.  It is based upon the metric code of ASCII where the letter "Æ" is represented by the numbers 1-4-6 for a capital letter Æ and a 1-4-5 for the lower case ash, æ.  The Æ & æ letters are yellow, because yellow is the assigned contrast indicator for green.


The fused "a/e" letter usually makes a short a sound as in happy, which would be spelled as hæppy, for example "One day Bætman sæt next to Cætwoman.  They ate æn æpple and drænk a Snæpple."

The MLF Icon — Major League Farting

Like the MLB, NBA, and SEPTA, the MLF uses the colors blue, red, and white.  You can see the silhouette of woman lifting her leg, relaxing the release of a replungent riff without remorse.

In the video below, a major league Texas Ranger menaces the dugout by letting one rip, for a personal foul.  While a Detroit Tiger lets an invisible tiger toot the tail.

One of the oldest tricks in baseball is to through off a batter.  In MLB, the union of the MLF has made itself known with the butterbum-ball.  This is when the catcher signals the pitcher that he has a bottom belly burp stored for a keenly timed distraction.  It takes practice, but what happens is that the pitcher and catcher release their offensive weapons simultaneously.  As some catchers get good, they are able to discriminate between a sonic boom bugger and a windy foul play.

Septa Symbol, Map 2020 Philadelphia

From Fern Rock to Fern Wood, I have seen it all.  After traveling to all the stations on SEPTA, a new map was put into good order.  Now whenever I look at the SEPTA map is it no longer a mystery.  It is a SEPTA map that includes the trolleys complete routes, finally.

Just be careful on at the North Philly orange line.  There are 2 North Philadelphia Stops and a North Broad.  Also take caution with the neighborhood.  If you want to transfer from Orange line to North Broad, remember to take the South Bound Exit.  But is you ware going to North Philadelphia Regional Rail go for the North Exit, from the Orange line.
