Star Trek Continues - Star Fleet Flag 2017

Reboots, retreads, reloads, remakes, and my least favorite, the soft (limp) reboot as opposed to hard or fuzzy reboot are all over the media landscape these days.

But Star Trek Continues is a perfect retread that continues exactly where the original series left off.  There is an over abundance of clever and many a corny fan clones about Star Trek, but Star Trek Continues is in a league of its own.  Acting, lighting, set design, effects, costume and most importantly writing!  This series smashes the awesome button over and over again.  Did I mention the writing?

In the last episode a federation flag can be seen in the background with stripes and jagged red canton of sorts with yellow writing.

As for you naysayers of cannon,  CANNON SCHMANNON!  You don't need blessings from studio head-high priests to say its 'official', your heart knows what is true and this is a deep blue and sci-fi true, authentic Star Trek
