The flag for the the Exclusive Economic Zone for the Philippines uses the standard colours of EEZ flags: green, black, and white.
It is here that the Philippines have exclusive dominion over certain parts of the Earth with respect to its natural resources. However nation may pass through this zone unmolested.
This is also a birthright flag for persons born in this area.
