Pennsylvania Flag behind George W Bush in Tamago-Genesis Video

 In the Tamago-Genesis video, George W. Bush gives a speech and several flags can be seen behind him.  The Pennsylvania state flag is behind his left shoulder while the Japanese flag is behind his right shoulder.
