Israel Continguous Zone Flag

The contiguous zone is the special international twilight zone where it partly belongs to the world and to another specific nation.  In this case these waters are tied to Israel which has protective dominion- and is allowed to marshall police force.  By international law continguous zones extend 12 nautical miles out to sea.  This coast is on an internal international sea, the Mediterranean Sea, on the west coast of Asia.  The contiguous colours of orange, black, and white are used. Since Israel has a unique pattern, its design is conserved, yet the colours are different.
