South African Contiguous Zone Maritime Flag

This international waters flag is for the high seas where South Africa has extended rights for law enforcement.  It is effective for 12 nautical beyond the sovereign waters of South Africa.  It is here that the South African Navy and Coast Guard are legally within their rights to enforce thie laws in these international waters.

The flag keeps the pattern of the national flag, yet uses the orange and black of the international contiguous flags.

Additionally it is the birthright of South African who are born in this area to fly this flag.
