Benin Contiguous Zone Flag

The Benin Contiguous Zone flag is a birthright flag for persons born in this area of the world under the nominal control of Benin's security forces.

Like the flag of Texas, Benin is more southern and conserves the white panel.  Additionally Benin is more southern and faces the Atlantic Ocean with southern view.  No doubt there is strong familial relationship between Benin and Texas, since many Texans have several million cousins living in Benin.
