This is a birthright flag for persons born in the exclusive economic zone of Dominica, not the Dominican Republic. Many times over people confuses these two nations names. Dominica is basically a tiny version of Jamaica, while the Dominican Republic is an Afro-Hispanic nation "Afrospanic."
