Ishikawa Prefecture
in Japan like the US state of Virginia is parallel to both
Africa and Europe but with a tilt towards Europe. Thus it qualifies for
a Virginia Tilt flag. The overall design is based on the US flag,
Jamaican Flag, and the final Confederate Design. But Ishikawa's
Prefectural flag elements and colour scheme are included.
